Sample Menu Plan for Diabetics

The diabetic menu should be arranged by calculating the meal’s total calories so that it would not exceed the limit of calories of a diabetic should consume.

One example, it’s good to have small meals in the due course of time rather than having 3 larger meals per day. Some dairy products are high in carbs, so it is better to limit for 8 oz consumption at a time.
Carbohydrate products usually contains natural sugars, so it’s encouraged to be careful with the intake. Combining them with protein products at snack time or before exercise is a good practice.
