Hello World! Doocu is Here!

After months of hardwork, our latest project, Doocu finally goes online. Although it’s still under alpha development, anyone can start to use our service instantly. As a quick overview, Doocu is a free document sharing site, where everyone can share almost any documents they have from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and of course Portable Document Files (PDF).

Every documents saved in Doocu is available in PDF format. Doocu have the PDF auto convert feature which enables its user to upload their documents in its original format, and let the system converts them to PDF format by the time it’s successfully uploaded.

PDF (copyright of Adobe) is a widely used format, thus made us believe that it is the most suitable format for document sharing. PDF format is also known as a graphic rich document format and at the same time, lightweight. In internet, anything that saves bandwidth, means good.
